Thank you for submitting your online application for CALED's 2012 Awards of Excellence Program. You will receive an email confirmation within 72 hours of submitting your application online. Please note that our office is closed each Friday. Please submit your payment by March 6, 2012 or your application may not be considered.

Member: $175 from January 10, 2012 - February 1, 2012

Non-Member: $300 before January 9, 2012
Non-Member: $350 from January 10, 2012 - February 1, 2012

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
CALED is pleased to incur expenses on your behalf to process your registration. If necessary, you may cancel your registration up to seven days before the day of the event and your registration fee, less a 15 percent handling fee, will be credited to a future CALED event of your choice (to be used within a 12-month period). All cancellations must be sent to CALED in writing in order to be valid (faxed documents are acceptable). CALED does not provide cash refunds for any reason. Registrants who cancel less than seven days before the day of the event and all no shows are responsible for full payment. You may make a substitution at any time.
