Salary: $7,226-$8,749 per month plus excellent City benefits.

The City of Buena Park, located in North Orange County, is seeking a
highly motivated, energetic, and multi-talented professional to plan,
manage, promote and/or analyze the feasibility of potential
redevelopment or development projects for assigned areas considering
projected property and sales tax revenues and City expenditures and
obligations.  This position will also ensure that projects are
completed on schedule.  This challenging, yet fun and exciting,
position requires creativity, resourcefulness and various degrees of
council and business community interaction

The Redevelopment Project Manager position requires a Bachelor’s
Degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Public Administration or a
directly related field and four (4) years of experience in the
administration of redevelopment projects, economic development
programs, or real property acquisition, appraisal and development.  One
year of the required experience must have included supervising other
professional staff.
