The Redevelopment Program Manager will be an innovative and proven development and/or redevelopment professional with a track record of successfully completing land development projects. Essential to this role are the abilities to: conceptualize, create and capitalize on potential redevelopment projects and bring them to execution, the ability to evaluate and assess project viability through economic analysis, financial reports and land use and legal considerations.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive private/public sector development background with redevelopment projects. Four years as a professional project manager with at least one year of supervision or management of staff is required. Bachelor degree in the area of Business or Public Administration or related field is required.
