Assistant and Associate Planners in the CDBG/HOME & Housing
section perform professional planning work in economic development,
redevelopment, housing, CDBG/HOME, environmental analysis, or related
area implementing the City's General Plan.

An eligibility list is being established to fill the current vacancy
in the CDBG/HOME & Housing Section of the Economic Development
& Revitalization Division.  Eligibility lists established may be
used to fill future vacancies in other sections, including Current
Planning and Advanced Planning and may be filled at either the
Assistant or Associate level.  Requires equivalent to a related
bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year related experience. For
